For those outside the u.k. don't they usually just let you keep the damaged copy and send you a new one? Really hoping my copy arrives in mint condition

I'm wondering the same thing. I am still waiting on my copy to arrive (to USA) and I am hoping there is no spine slash or any worse damage for that matter. Can any fellow U.S. members shed some light on how Zavvi handles returns/replacements to folks on this side of the pond?

They will ask you for pics so that they can assess the damage. They will then normally offer you anywhere from a 3 - 6 GBP partial refund. They usually don't do returns for US customers.

Anyone who got an undamaged one is pretty lucky it seems.

Alot of us ordered this straight away with The Little Mermaid when there was a £4 off £40 code and got them for under £21 each so everyone's a winner. Got to use codes really with the prices zavvi charge. Especially for Disney steelbooks but noticed no codes work with Iron Man 3!

After reading your post, I decided to do the same luckily all the damaged ones I sent off were eligible for the HDN discount which is a plus But on the downside I requested a replacement on the form
