... So not sure why they're saying wait 21 days. It may be different for those not in the UK, but even under their international delivery times - http://www.zavvi.com/articles/international-delivery.list - there is no mention of waiting 21 days.

The unbelievable just happened guys. Zavvi let me keep my damaged copy. But they tell me this after I sent it back! Not sure why they let me keep it when they first told me to return it.

Okay so I try to order this and Zavvi try charge me 1.19 shipping. I try and order the amaray on Blu Ray and they try charge me 4 euro.. I tried almost every other possible thing I could buy on Zavvi, new blu rays, steelbooks, box sets, and the shipping on ALL that stuff was still free...

So, either because of all the damage they are charging shipping on this particular steelbook, or.. I dunno if there is an or And there is no explanation for charging so much for jungle book amaray!

Probably charging for steelbooks as people are demanding more expensive packaging and they probably cost 4X that of an amaray to send.

Yea thats what I thought, lots of these steels have come broken so they probably have to charge extra for packaging that actually protects the product :/

Good news for me. My 2 slashed spine copies I received are being replaced by Zavii and they never asked for me to ship back the slashed ones.

Anyone any ideas what i should do, e-mailed zavvi 4 or 5 times to tell them i still haven't received my order and no one has go back to me. The time they told me wait has been and gone.

My one still has not come to, but the best thing I can say is message them on there Facebook, I send one last night and got a message from them today telling me what to do

They're usually pretty fast - did you categorise the message under problem with order and have not received? Make sure you don't leave it too long as they won't replace it or refund afterwards.

Yes i done everything and even asked for a replacement in the e-mails and still nothing

I ordered from zavvi outlet and mine never turned up either. :-( Settled for a refund in the end.

wow, how did you manage that? whenever i have an issue they only issue me a partial refund of a few dollars

I finally caved in and ordered this.. And instantly regretted it after! Its dispatched now and I just pray it doesnt have a slashed spine, or dodgey embossing, or something else wrong with it! Id be so happy if its damage free! :L

I sent my damaged copy back for a refund and had a despatch email earlier this week. They obviously dont bother reading the returns forms as I clearly put refund and not replacement >:-(
