This Amaray has been cheap as chips for ages but try to find this film with the play.com exclusive artwork slipcover (matching this artwork of this steelbook) which I challenge anyone now several years later to find at a sensible price or anywhere near the price of this steelbook.

Well, each to thir own, but I hate amateurish peurile artwork - and the steelbook encompasses both of those things.

I wouldn't call it amateurish peurile artwork, that is your opinion and you are entitled to it. I personally think the comic style hand drawn artwork here and on other Steelbooks looks fantastic. I prefer Steels like this and the Mondo steels to some generic artwork. I do like hand drawn artwork though, each to there own.

If it comes across to you as good etc, then fine, and go ahead and buy it, I say - and I really wouldn't have it any other way.

I Do like drawn artwork in the traditional manner - like the ones you'll see currently in the Dracula Prince of Darkness thread; which actually have some true artistic merit to them. But the comic stuff with "bam", "thwack" etc drawn in makes me want to puke - again, it's personal

Definitely getting a copy of this, this artwork is awesome. As Simon said, the comic style and hand drawn art look fantastic on this. It makes it stand out from the normal everyday steelbook.
