1- No one can tell you for sure. Almost half their print run was damaged with no chance of replacing the damaged steelbooks per this post.

2- I'd say around $40-$45 per past releases, not confirmed yet.

3- Any registered HDN member, yes, provided that member is not on @carllenc 's black list.

I seen some serious agro over the years when someone has answered a phone either directly or via text. Can get pretty damn ugly. I actually saw a fight once over someone answering their phone......
