I missed out today as well, I didn't even know it was happening. I assume the 24 hour notice has to due with Karel and his lack of time and knowing how many copies he can get which I completely understand. He has been amazing with these GB's I can't tip him enough for all the work he does. There probably would have been enough copies had there not been the manufacturing problems. I'm glad to get a second shot at a copy, congrats to those who got already got one. This should be another top notch FA release.

Can not remember Italy having any on that print run . I only know and remember as thire was a mix up with the Zavvi amray and Steelbook listing . Then FA announced with a brilliant package for about a tenner more .

Yes there was an Italy version. Just sold one yesterday in fact. LOL.

Both look great, but the unnumbered full slip artwork and colour is more appealing to me. I absolutely loved it from the first moment I saw it. Even though not numbered, it's still highly limited edition and great looking release.

You won't get the unnumbered one, but you can try to get numbered edition soon from re-opened GB (30-40 extra copies) . If you miss once again, you still have a chance directly from Filmarena february 25th at 20.00. If you still haven't got a copy you poor bastard, contact me and I help you out.

GB will be re-opened February 19, at 12 PM (UK time).

Instead of taking the ''off road'' with those ''FAC Un-Numbered'' releases. Why not just numbering it as ''Version 2'' ? we have had ''Version 1 and Version 2'' for numbered FAC.

When I looked at the Martian Un-numbered and Compared The Beautyshots to the first releases(AASB/DU/TMR/EQ), they seem to have in common the making of early editions for the FAC Collection. They are stunning classic basic releases, so its a take back in time to the start of the line.

Why not add it to the numbering process(which must not be difficult) to make it an ''Official genuine FAC'' which to be, IMO have to be Numbered.

I wish I knew. They even went to number Birdman half slip, but not this 2nd version of The Martian? It shouldn't be much of a problem to make few stickers to have it numbered. Nevertheless, I really like the look of 2nd version a lot and it's nice addition next to my numbered version.

It is a nice Edition, but they had to have redone all the stickers and numbering cards for The MArtian Numbered edition since they reduced the print run in half, they needed new ones...so why not just order stickers and numbering cards as well to number the un-Numbered one(after all this un-Numbered edition was not just planned yesterday.
