I think that I'm the only one here that often received package from amazon.ca dented, but when I see your post I assume that you also often have same problem like me Grapey. I have ordered from amazon.ca like 5 times and it always come with dented (looks like I'm so addicted so I'm keep order and order again from them)
Now I'm so worried about my Warner's wave 4 orders will come dented again, since they just shipped it yesterday

It's the first time I've had problems with them - normally very good. But on a happier note they are sending me a replacement out and I don't have to send the dented one back either.

I hope yours all arrive safely it would seem they are shipping some in boxes, just not mine!

Why can't they just slip in a 3D disc and make it even better ?

This is basically the HD-DVD port, is it ? ... That means no lossless audio. Sigh. SHAME the inside of the case looks so beautiful.

In total agreement - I sent them over an email and like 15 mins later they replied saying they would send out another and to keep the dented copy. Hurrah again for amazon.ca

Thanks guys, actually I have mail them and I want for replacement, but they ask me to send back my dented steels, but after I checked at my local postal office, it cost a lot of postage to send them back. so I never get replacement, and just accepted when I got dented steels from them..

Elena, I'm not sure where you live, but you can reply back and let them know that it is costly for you to send it back. They may still tell you to return the dented steels, or they may actually let you keep them. It's worked for me before :

My concern about this come with dent not happen today, they come in mint condition and no minor dent or scratch either
