Not enough liquor in you? maybe?

Video game withdrawl. Some people go through it where you just don't feel like playing it for no apparent reason. Should wear off in a few days/weeks.

I kid you not. There was a thread here about it I think.

Sometimes I just am too tired to bother with video games. My brain does not want to have to deal with the mental capacity required to operate a controller... Therefore I'll sit with my PS3 on, staring at the XMB or just scrolling around it for awhile until I decide I want to flip on hulu and catch up on all my favorite shows aka just watch TV instead.

But at least I'm using my PS3 to do it :D

I went/going through that same thing. I did just play Killzone single player and I think I'm getting out of it.

My work's web filter just got smarter... I'm now officially blocked from viewing the failblog.org

The scariest part is they blocked it off while I was browsing the site. Went to go look at the next page and it gave me the blocked message. Closed and reopened the site and sure enough, it was officially blocked.

le sigh

The second largest company in the world recognizes that proxies bypass security and therefore blocked the use of proxies other than theirs.

even website proxies?

Unless there's a brand new one that isn't recognizable by the filter, yep.

Even if you do go through one the security admins WILL come find you and pull you into a room and depending on what you were doing you can get issued a warning or being escorted out. They don't take kindly to circumventing their security filters.

It's best that if the website is blocked, you leave it alone. The only alternative I have found is using the cache on google search results - they can't seem to get their hands around that yet.

if you ever need to call 411....1-800-GOOG-411, it's free

yup, thats the other thing about it. i know the free 411 numbers, so even if i ever would need to (which i think ive called 411 twice in my entire life) i wouldn't be calling the one which costs money.

after almost on hour on the phone tho i finally got them to waive the $3 fee. if they weren't willing to credit me $3 on a mistake they made, i was going to leave them in a heartbeat (ie when my contract ran out :p)
