Put in ANOTHER offer on a house... old wench who owns it really wanted to twist my arm on it so we're paying list price plus closing costs and she won't even spend the $500 for the home warranty...


We're going to fork over for the inspections and we expect whatever comes back to be repaired by the seller without raising her price or we'll walk.

What pisses me off the most about this whole deal is that she's lived in the house the 30 years it's existed so she has likely paid the thing off and isn't too concerned about how long it takes to sell which makes it harder on me to get into the damn thing.

Fortunately though only 3 days on market and we're the only ones making an offer which is better than the last house where it was on the market 1 day and had 7 offers.
