Why is it when you go in to currys to just look around you get someone over almost straight away asking if they can help, yet when you go in SCREAMING for someone to give you that little extra push into buying a 4K tv no one comes near you for a long time, then when they do they just couldn't be bothered selling it when it's obvious I was there for the taking!! I really want one but just need that little extra push...

I'd go for Sony. reason : passive 3d (and glasses included) ... then again reviews praise the picture quality.

There's the LG 49UB850V Smart 3D 4k Ultra HD 49" LED TV that's caught my eye too, and it's passive. Slightly more than the Panasonic and less than the sony.

been googling reviews for all these tv. PQ seems the best in panasonic, then sony and lg the worst...hmm. then agains non 4k tvs with passive 3d LG is the best ....what I have found out so far.

LG use bits from other makers to put thire t.v 's together. We have a Panasonic up and downstairs oth are brill built in Freewiew AND freesat . The Hubb's Mum and Dad have a Sony and NO WAY NEAR the same features as ours .

The sound is completely customisable and blows your ears out. Up to you though sweetheart bear in mind that Currys ramp up the settings or get the manufacturer to supply showroom sets .

Me I'm hanging on as LONG as possible for 8 K future proof the human eye can not prossses anything higher than 8 K .

That nagging voice in my case is the hubby . He is a Yorkshire man thay are VERY reluctant to spend ANY mony the saying round here is he is tighter than a Ducks Bum Hole .
