Yes thanks for that Mizu_Ger, I´ve now successfully ordered my copy to Spain. I suspect that Amazon made an error when they initially added the title.

Works for me too but they only offer expedited shipping at $18 with a $20 price tag.

Might wait to see if they offer this elsewhere.
