Mine was dispatched in the early hours. The only one of these repressings I'm getting as I missed it first time round.

I would estimate they are 2,000 each but I'm not 100% on that at the moment
Thank you. Knowing the print run for these waves gives us some idea to either pre-order or wait for the dip in price. £2K is kind of in the middle.
Any in-hand pics folks? The potential of this wave is relying heavily on this release.

The bunch of on sale steelbooks posted on the 25th arrived today so optimistic about THE ROCKETEER for tomorrow.
Naturally hoping that the lenticular will add something extra to an already stunning front although could be tricky the way the image is framed on the original steel - i.e. it's not within the frame and it also doesn't go all the way to the edges of the steelbook so if the lenti is properly in the frame there will be a fraction of steelbook artwork all around it leading to noticeable alignment issues methinks . . .
Also thinking that maybe better to have a full height lenti with grey border to replicate exactly the steelbook front . . .

Same here. Ordered some sale Steels Posted on 26th/27th, no post today or yesterday.
^ I'm thinking, going by recent delivery times from Zavvi, that you should have all your steels delivered tomorrow or the day after at the latest.
(The brilliant 24/48 hour deliveries from Zavvi that were in place for a short while recently seem to be a thing of the past but I personally don't mind waiting a few days for my steels
)
EDIT 30/11:
THE ROCKETEER arrived today as expected and just checking in to say that it looks very fine and worth picking up if you didn't pick up the original but maybe NOT worth picking up if you did pick up the original.
Personally prefer this new one not just because of the lenticular but also because of the partial slip which has artwork on it repeating the artwork on the steelbook behind and is not one colour as on the original.
RE: THE LENTICULAR - set within the framed border and is a shrunk down image of the steelbook front . . . complete with grey border all around. The result is that minor alignment issues are present which are not too awful because the front image is quite a forgiving image regarding lining up.
Depth of vision is OK with background, foreground and The Rocketeer in the middleground.
RE: CONTENT - same disc as previous release with zero Extras/Special Features.
Silver border on steelbook (AND this time on the lenticular too) may rekindle unpleasant memories of ZOOTROPOLIS for some members

My copy arrived today. No complaints from me. Stunning steelbook. No idea what the original was like but is a very very satisfying buy. And my 1st ever copy of the film outside my laserdisc copy.
Just received mine. Pretty much the same as the old release but with a matching 1/4 slip and Lenti. As I was never really a fan of the old release there aren't really many positives to say. It's still pretty dull to look at with the grey colours.
However, the matching 1/4 slip and the Lenti does give it a little bit more boost and flexibility into the steel. Not the best or worst Lenti.
My overall opinion, not bad for just over £16 (with discount code). £25 will be a no, no. But at £16 yes, a fair purchase. So thumbs up for me
