** Apologies to all...I posted on here earlier that standard version has a slipcover. I don't think there actually is a standard amaray release for the UK...(I was thinking of 'Byzantium' which has a steelbook and an amaray w/slipcover)

Not being silly or anything, but have you checked your 'previous' orders (Not 'outstanding' orders) at the bottom of the screen??

If you've cancelled orders recently they will be at the start of the bunch. You'll have to dig in a few pages to find it. They go by the date you preordered it.

I did and mine was in fact cancelled. Really frustrating as there is no good way to contact them and get it sorted out.
