Not being silly or anything, but have you checked your 'previous' orders (Not 'outstanding' orders) at the bottom of the screen??

If you've cancelled orders recently they will be at the start of the bunch. You'll have to dig in a few pages to find it. They go by the date you preordered it.

I did and mine was in fact cancelled. Really frustrating as there is no good way to contact them and get it sorted out.

Another case of getting a different item from what was advertised. Why not change artwork on the website to showcase the changes they knew existed ??? I am glad I cancelled this months ago as well

It is exactly the same as it is on the website. That doesn't mean we should be happy with the finished product, but Disney/Zavvi can't be accused of deceiving people here.

The black around the border does spoil it (what were they thinking doing that?!?) but I do still like it. I hope it's a bad picture and it's lighter in the flesh though.

The black border looks pretty pointless and with the embossed border just next to it it makes it look even worse. Just make the artwork go all the way round!

I wouldnt say this is mis advertised though. The embossing is never shown in mock ups, only artwork iv seen that does show it is the upcoming Halloween steel.

When a steelbook comes into warehouse they should update the photo, that really can't be that much work, a cellphone picture would be fine..IMO

I don't think that's a black border. I think it's just the uncoloured metal of the Steelbook. (Because if you look closely it's grey at the bottom but black at the top. Like the light is affecting it)

But it's hard to see with that pic.

Missed an opportunity to emboss the character aswell. Or at least some of the 'speed' lines behind him....

As with The Little Mermaid, if all they are going to emboss is the title, I really would like them to stop the framing and de-boss the title instead.

Especially when they are this blase about the artwork placement.

The grey border really should have lined up with the embossing frame but other than that it looks good. Looking forward to getting mine on Monday, along with Little Mermaid. Both looking like lovely additions.

I agree. If its just the title getting some bossing it should just be de-bossed and save us the whole borders issue. Universal's 100th Anniversary Steels from last year (Carlitos Way, The Thing, Casino) are a great example of just the titles being debossed and looks great.
