I dont know how to explain exactly. It is glossy but not very high glossy. so it is very friendly to fingerprints. i hope you know what i mean.
Still waiting for a U.K. release of this same steelbook - bound to happen . . . see blank spine - and looking at pics of the edition from France I'm not about to give up hope that the U.K. steelbook will not contain the 3D disc as well as the regular Blu-ray - hopefully NOT a DVD in hub #2 like the one from France though (enough with the DVDs already !!!):-
Reported as having a ZERO finish.

- reminds me of the first "Metropolis" steelbook (LOL) and to a lesser extent "Zootropolis" - but the spine is a bummer without even thumbnail pics 
Anyway, best image used of the official poster designs for the steelbook front:-

. . . although artwork ends up being a bit repetitive with the cityscape on the front, back AND insides . . . maybe a couple of portraits inside would have been just as good, such as any two of these:-

"I HAVE RESTING CAT FACE" - you'll recognize that face if you're married . . . the type of face that is saying "Not another friggin steelbook through the letterbox".
Unfortunately, there is no indication on either the j-card or the disc itself. As I only have a Region B player, I cannot tell for sure, I'm afraid.
Universal releases are usually Region free. I can bet this is Region free.

after the fiasco with target i ordered this one; and i just got it today, actually is better in hand than the pix, i like it but i wish the cover were different, well maybe in a near future!
