Had to cancel there is just simply to many release same time and I only kept the ones I must have

I think Zavvi need to spread the releases a bit more as unless your earning a good wage or just have loads of spare cash
I buy a lot but I do have to live in the real world and pay my bills

I'm doing the exact same thing Paul. These will drop and I already own the Kubrick boxset. I may take the plunge at €12 or hopefully less.

Why are the people behind these releases so completely stupid. They've had absolutely ages to look at fan feedback, and yet they've stuck with the same dreadful artwork that took no effort as they just copied and pasted off the old DVD box set and that 90% of people hate.

Everybody loses out in this instance - the retailers have to drop their prices repeatedly until their profit is virtually nothing, and customers lose out because they're stuck with a rubbish steelbook that they know could have been SO much better. The same goes for all these identikit Kubrick releases.

And also, what the hell happened to 2001: A Space Odyssey. That's the only one that would actually suit this style and yet there's no sign of it...

The back looks awesome. But they really screwed up the alignment on the inside art, the spine has too much text, and the front would be nice if it was full gloss, which we all know it won't.

I hope the metal is not to thin, the lack is not to cheap and that they have a nice embossing and very shiny metallic lack effect(they door for example, not a complete mat steelbook).
