Lovely steel but I don't get the random hair embossing is he a lego character

If any they should've embossed the sword, since it's closer to the imaginary camera.

Received today. Beautiful steelbook.. The colours look vibrant & I love the two-tone blue. Only criticism would be the embossing.. But still. Awesome.

It looks like they did emboss the sword. I cant tell if the whole image is embossed but i can distinctly see that the sword, title and at least the kids hair is raised.

Originally Disney releases (Blu-ray & DVD) were released with mismatched spines.

At some point, yellow ovals were added featuring the number on the spine. About a year ago, the yellow oval was replaced with a more classy white design which also featured on the front. Big Hero 6 was the first Blu-ray title to only have a white numbered design. All previous releases were gradually re-released with this design (although Fantasia 2000 on DVD never got the yellow oval) so as each steelbook was released, it featured the current numbering design.

The first couple of steelbooks didn't get a number on the J-card as they weren't being used at that point.
The next 20 or so got the yellow oval.
The last couple have the newer white numbering.

As someone who opens them and throws the J-cards away, I don't care what they do.

people asking about embossing its the boys hair, the title, the sword with his hands and like cloud at the bottom been made part of the border.

Now that you mention it, it is a bit red! Maybe they left the steels outside in the sun to dry off too long!!
