dont have FAC T1.. so i am in. But as many others said there are so many films that need a steelbook. And whats happening..another Terminator :wacky:...i hope the second is something new

The message this sends back to them is that there is no need to go to the time and trouble of finding new titles to add to the collection, when all they have to do is repackage the tried and tested stalwarts, all at a substantially higher price, of course.

With 'T2' getting a theatrical re-release this year, on the occasion of its 25th anniversary, plus next year's release of the 'Genisys' sequel, the Terminator hype is sure to continue, so I fully expect FA/BB to repackage the other titles in the franchise. Who knows, we might even get all of them re-released yet a further time next year, to tie in with the cinema release of the new film.

I have been collecting FAC editions since they started just over a year ago, although I have been selective with the titles I have chosen. Sadly, this latest move is undoubtedly a retrograde step.

I'm a little surprised that the fanboys here, for whom FA can do no wrong, have remained silent on this subject.

This is just old wine in a new bottle. Basically Overkill!

It would have been wonderful if they had given this some thought, and given us some new titles to drool over. Masses of classics out there worthy of the FAC treatment; so if they had to start BB to do that, fine. For this - forget it!

Simply don't understand the popele here saying on the one hand it is mediocre etc, yet on the other that they have ordered it !!
As @Basil said, some people need to grow a backbone - and import a few braincells!

Why do I get the feeling I'm being dug out here?
As an FYI- I don't have to justify why I, I say again, I, want to buy something. I will admit it was an impulse thing, I least I'm honest.
As with the backbone thing from you and @Basil , keep your opinions of people to yourself. Your opinion on a film or steel, go nuts, on other people, do one.

Hell no, it was not directed at you, or any individual - lots of people have complained, then said they signed up. Utterly illogical behaviour.

I appreciate your honesty, I wonder at the logic of your decision.

A lot missed out on getting the standard steelbook on it's own and the 2 film arena versions so there is always customers who will want to purchase a release they missed out on and you will have others who want to double dip

There will be other releases from the label some will want and the some who will not want

Totally understand anyone wanting to buy it if they A. Missed out on a previous edition, or B. actually like it. I just wonder at the sheer madness on display from some people Paul: - "it's rubbish, I've ordered it"
 
Thing is we all have a choice gang with everything we do .

For me massively easy pass .

The whole late to the 30th anniversary 2 years late would drive me to the brink .

Now play nice please for a bit anyway :) .
