It's my first time buying from HDzeta. I Bought this from their website. Are they good at updating/posting shipping information? Mine still says Payment Successful and Pending as well.
I'm fairly new to collecting these import limited editions. I've bought a few from Kimchidvd and have been very happy with them so far.

HDzeta webstore doesnt send the order confirm email to the buyer,when you payment completed,you will get a "payment success" email,its means your order was comfirmed.

I've never had an email from HDZeta since placing the order on their website, however my order now states 'Delivered' and has a tracking number next to it so hopefully in a week or so it'll arrive..

Since ordering from HDzeta on March 16th, I haven't received even one email

My spam/junk folders are clean too so I'm not sure why this is... But saying that, I've just manually checked my order at the webstore and the status has changed to "delivered" and tracking # now shows
