just got my package right away from hdzeta company today

I believe I got san andreas from them and everything was perfect really good wrapping BUT this time am sorry it went wrong ! the item was in a simple enveloppe with some air bag on top or bottom what ever

the packaging was totally destroyed and opened on one side ... so from the inside too much fragile and because NO bubble wrap nothing to protect the item ...

big crash on one corner

what can I do ? contact the company for a partial refund ?

Received mine today. Took about a week from ship to receipt here in the Northeast U.S. Very fast. Was packed well for shipping.
Very nice lenticular image. I'm leaving it unopened for the time being. This was my first order from HDzeta. I will absolutely order again.

Amazing package inside and out. Can't wait for the rest of the Terminator releases. Lenti box was so thick it barely fit in the protection sleeve. But I like it!

My packet won't arrive soon. It usually takes 3-7 days from China to Germany and another 3-7 WEEKS till I can pick it up. German customs authorities at its best.

Going by previous releases with HDzeta and Blufans
Parcels from China take about 2-3 weeks after been despatched to arrive in Ireland
On average it has been 14-25 days for my parcels to arrive

Tracking won't update until it's arrival in Ireland and when scanned by either Dublin mail center or portlaoise mail center

You don't want see sent to customs and hopefully we won't see that
Once you see on route to customer it will be with you next day if during the week
