I cancelled my order a few weeks ago as I have the Film Arena Lenti on order
The Zavvi steelbook is the same one as the German and Film Arena steelbook but the Film Arena is a lot better package and clearly the best version

Note
The new extra is not on the Blu-ray Disc itself
The new extra is only available to stream on-line you get a code that can be used 10 times its not possible to download the extra
Its the same type of streaming extra as Braveheart was a code to stream the extra
Its also possible the new extra might only be available with the Amaray Blu-ray but hopefully the steelbook will include the code

I personally don't like the way Fox are providing new extras by using streaming I like to have it on the disc and not be limited to 10 views

They changed their tune after ensuring me I would be charged the current price of £14.99 despite ordering with the discount code for £18.99.

In the case that Zavvi contradict themselves, I cancelled my order.

They told me (and several others the same thing). Thought we'd get shafted so I cancelled on Friday (I've got the F.A. on order anyway).
Was thinking of putting it on fleabay with 99p start - but the way they are going on fleabay you'd be lucky to get your money back after fees.

I managed to nab one at the £14.99 price point when they came back up for order last week, zavvi quickly changed the price back upto £19.99, which I though was very poor.

How does the 'Price Promise' work with zavvi anyway?, if the price is £19.99 come release day will they still refund the difference as this WAS a lower price between orders taken and release date. Zavvi are most definitely NOT Amazon when it comes to abiding by such a promise.

In my experience they won't honour it. When I ordered Wall-E the price dropped from £25 to £20 shortly after it went live. I asked them to refund the difference and they flatly denied it had ever happened, even when I told them the exact date. Not pleasant to deal with.

That's some poor customer service, if Amazon can do it automatically, then surely zavvi can do it......ah hold on, it's zavvi...so yeah, I'm with you, zavvi will fight to the death to avoid a couple of £'s being refunded.....

Preordered with zavvi but was able to get a copy directly with filmarena when it went live there.
So probably going to cancel Zavvi and save a few €
I am making it a habit of preordering with zavvi and later cancelling it.

So many cancelled, I too decided to go for the FA option. Zavvi need to up their game with their steelbook customers. Why no phone line to speak to someone in the event of problems which seem prevelent with many customers?

You answered your own question there. ;)
