Not excited about the artwork either, but this movie is a fav and I'm new to steelbook collecting so I'm trying to build...I will be purchasing

Yes but the inside art had not been up by that time and the back looked like unofficial. Now that we can the whole pictures I must admit it could've been worse. I find it better than the German artwork with the red banner.

There is a lot of plain white space in the back, because they couldn't even fit the back artwork correctly! I vote it the ugliest SteelBook, although I love the movie.

The back artwork is already up at Play.com

The back art in the promo pics is so horribly messed up, that I won't 100% believe it until I see some real-life pics. The way it looks now is a big 'no thanks' from me.

It's like they sat around the table and made bets on who could make the worst possible steelbook: "Oh yeah? I'll see your Idiotic Green Ugly front cover.... and raise you a green tinted, MISPLACED back art!!"

I still stand by my statement that this will look much much better in the flesh. Although I do agree that this was the wrong artwork to go with

I've decided to order this again. I've never seen the film but if it's as good as it's supposed to be, then I won't regret buying it. I'd rather have an ugly steel than an amaray and you never know it may well turnout looking a lot nicer and might even have some embossing.

the artwork would have been better in blue but its obvious that play are trying to make there steels unique which this most certainly is, think this will still do really well as none of the universal waves have sold out as yet. love the film too and will keep my french re-make edition company on the shelf.

Mine too. Not much interest in this one anymore it seems due to the artwork. Would be nice if this had some embossing/debossing though. May persuade a few more people to order.
