Universal didn't "license" this title to Turbine. This release is a joint cooperation between Universal and Turbine (same as on The Blues Brothers and Psycho Legacy boxsets).

Turbine did license the Shout extras though.

It is a licence that's how these release are done

Arrow release was also licenced from Universal as was Scream Factory release

Arrow 4K scan transfer was a joint effort with universal

Universal own the rights to that transfer and is why scream factory was allowed to use the arrow 4K transfer.

Turbine don't own the film rights they are given a distribution licence from Universal to do the release even when it's a joint release

HD-Master from a 4k-Transfer in perfect quality ("Arrow-Master") – approved by Director John Carpenter and Director of Photography Dean Cundey.

• Restored German DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 track: two missing pieces of dubbing were reconstructed. 2.0 Audio for the first time on BluRay!
• Reconstructed German DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track: newly „constructed“ from original elements.

Nice, bright colours, but there should've been some spot gloss or something on that outer box. Looks like a great set, though. Those books look awesome! I wish Universal in an English-speaking country would do something like this because I'd love to be able to read those books.
