We***8217;re certainly planning to continue doing all future seasons of The Walking Dead in steelbook with matching artwork ***8211; it looks likely season 4 will be out in September 2014 as it follows the same pattern as Game of Thrones (i.e. the new season hits DVD and Blu-Ray just before the new season starts).

We***8217;ve been told that the steelbooks will feature in the US Walking Dead magazine, so likely to be quite a bit of international interest for these.

The Entertainment Store is pleased to announce our latest exclusive steelbook releases: Seasons 1, 2 and 3 of The Walking Dead, AMC***8217;s Emmy Award winning TV series.

Each season features world exclusive artwork by Mark Simpson AKA Jock, who is responsible for some of best regarded comics and art of this generation, having worked on 2000AD, The Losers and Hellblazer amongst others as well as producing artwork for many major film studios, including the artwork for HDN Steelbook of the Year 2012 winner The Raid.

NB: Due to the number of discs needed for all episodes and extras, Season 3 has to be in a Jumbo format case.

Coverted my TWD S3 Jumbo to slimline, not 100% happy with the spine so may have another go at that, but otherwise I like it a lot more now

Yep you can easily fit the 4th & 5th disc on the same holder with no issues at all. What made this jumbo worse was the lack of inside art due to them using the black case

I have the Target exclusive and I'm just gunna stick with it because I like the artwork better despite its jumbo and not int art. I did get season 1 of this and soon season 2.

I got something similar done to convert the German Jurassic Park trilogy from jumbo to slimline - I'd actually pay to have this done - it looks AWESOME

Thanks mate! I used the 4 disc insert from a UK Shawshank redemption steebook.

disc 5 is under disc 4 on the same holder, they both fit on there fine no issues.

I actually prefer the artwork for the normal amarays, matches the tone of the series, the steels are pretty but that jumbo just gots to go.

I thought the same thing before I bought them.. but they actually look great displayed next to each other, also that way I can't tell the third season is a jumbo( as I dislike jumbos too)
