None. The rc code only works for seconds after going live.Which code is working?
I tried both the Red Carpet and Flash10 codes but as usual, nothing works with steelbook preorders.
Getting a bit bored with these overpriced sets. £50 seems to be the norm now for a cardboard slip and a bunch of tat. You only need to look at that video for The Conjuring set! I know there are people out there that love that sort of thing, but it would be nice just to have the option to buy the steelbook on its own.
Conjuring is a bad example because that’s a really crap edition with bad artwork used all over and matte steelbook. No finish and the photos are of James Wans stupid hair.Getting a bit bored with these overpriced sets. £50 seems to be the norm now for a cardboard slip and a bunch of tat. Remember $90 prices of Laserdiscs in the 90s, and over $150 for special editions...But I hate the price hikes. The quality is there but prices are getting ridiculous

Yeah, we all did dumb sh!t, I paid $200 for each season of Dark Angel on DVD from Japan in 2001 and 2002 when the series was canceled, as I thought it wouldn't be released anywhere else...Paid 200€ for planet earth part 1 import bluray back in '00

A gorgeous set for such a heartwarming movie. Very surprised this hasn't sold out.

) more that I think I was exhausted when we watched this at home and I didn't absorb it. Having watched it again recently, I think I've missed the connection with it and I can't seem to latch on even after two watches.Yep. That's a very pretty set. They've done well here as I think the original film art does a lot of the heavy lifting on the design front. You can't go wrong with that - but we all know design teams hired by publishing companies often do F up the most simplest jobs. I'm glad they haven't here.
For me personally, well it mostly came down to the price really. For a film that didn't quite hit the resonator button for me (not that I'm heartless) more that I think I was exhausted when we watched this at home and I didn't absorb it. Having watched it again recently, I think I've missed the connection with it and I can't seem to latch on even after two watches.
Maybe if it drops in price and doesn't sell through. I might pick it up. I doubt it will though after seeing how gorgeous this release is. It'll probably sell through soon now.
Good looking set.
Btw @Beersandblurays is that a satin finish on the steel? The colours look deep and the finish top coat look soft and slightly shiny. Satin?
Aw that's a shame! I think me having kids at the right age helped.
Forgive me as I'm not well up on all the finishes, but it looks glossy to me with parts of the robot having a zero finish.
It's not cheap and I'm not sure it was helped by being kinda late, the film came out over a year ago.A gorgeous set for such a heartwarming movie. Very surprised this hasn't sold out.

Disappointing steelbook though, yes it is glossy but why no title.
It’s my own opinion but I prefer proper poster art on the front of my steelbooks. It can be teaser, variant or main poster but it’s just what I want.
