Even if the UK version ends up glossy it's still hideous and will seriously stick out with it's bright yellow finish. This is by far the superior and more tasteful choice.

It's quite nice, but the back artwork don't impress me at all (is it the image off-centered?)
debossing the wolf instead of the businessman shape looks a really ugly choice to me… also the front title plaque embossing should have been inverted, to look like…I don't know... a plaque

By the way internal artwork it's really cool and I'm curious about the art on the disc (there were really nice alternative mockups for it on the czech site)

Oh dear. It looks like I was right. The finish looks poor on this, the Blu-ray logo looks out of place on the front and the less said about the back the better. The UK one trumps this in almost every department, the only part that compares to the UK release is the inside art.

I don't like the back, the debossing looks off to me plus the finish is streaky. The blu ray logo and Leonardo's name outside the border....

Full gloss would have helped somewhat.

For me the UK is the clear winner.........IMO

Don't like the back debossing, the bottom of the wolf/business pants is cut out of the debossing, you can see the black printed out a little over the normal background.

It looks good to me. The picture does look off centre on the back but that may be a stylistic choice. The debossing does look a little strange near the bottom with the extra bit. Overall though this is a nice looking steel. I wouldn't say the UK is better, I need to see some pics before I decide.

well i'm happy we at least have some sort of different cover arts on the SB. it would be a lot worse if it was the same steelbook worldwide, without this exception. and i like it, the front and inner art look fine to me, and there is an attempt to make the back artwork special (unlike many other steelbooks).
