Went and saw it for a second time, probably the best x men film so far because its true to the comic. If this is how Marvel would have made the first three X men this franchise would be a powerhouse right now.

Got quoted £34.99 by a rather embarrassed looked member of staff at HMV Glasgow - a brisk thanks but no thanks and I got the frack outta there - will still have to get it at some point though as I have the rest of the released X-men series on steel...

I got quoted £35 too and then was told I had to pay a non refundable £5 deposit. Yeah good luck with that HMV.

So if the price is still not confirmed they shouldn't take any deposit in my opinion. Becouse normally deposits are not refundable ( most of time) . Im really glad they back in business but should do better than this.

I got the same thing in Stockport and they refused to take a pre-order.

Amazon have the 3D amaray up for pre order for £20.50 so i'd imagine this to be at least a fiver more

Pre ordered this from my local HMV, the guy at the counter told me the pre order was free due to hmv's problems and that originally he couldn't belive the store was doing this (they got to get back on there feet some how/day) and that it is marked as £34.99 but he reckoned it will dramatically drop to £19.99. All I had to do was give name and postcode and no deposit. I was happy with that. Just decide closer the time when the actual price is released. Only problem is I realised when I got home that he never gave me anything as in receipt for pre order so may have to phone up and check lol. Like the artwork but agree that the 3D should be taken off the front and spine

I find it astounding that all branches have different policies on this. Some are charging £5, mine was £2 and others are no deposit. Where I work we get a generic procedure to follow and that applies to all branches.
Maybe I'm thinking too logically here?
But on the plus side, at least we're getting a decent looking Wolverine steel, and hopefully we will find out the price soon.
