For me it would have to be "The Signal" Started off good then the Second act started and went to crap, then the 3rd act somewhat redeemed itself but the damaged was done Craptacular Movie
also gotta add Nacho Libre Never Finished this one
Rest Stop on DVD
Zombie Nation Movie was just Garbage DVD too

Those are just some that i remember.

OMG one of the worst movies ever made, the real killers say 'we should get out of here' thinking the people they are with are the killers. WTF
