Thanks for the reply and damn that sucks aslong as it comes dent free and fairly quickly ill be ok with it I guess... This is a first for me ordering on hmv uk. Also anyone got charged custom? I find it a hit or miss for me ordering online from diff places

I got hit for customs once in the last year. I dont think it happens that often.

I neve got a shippment from europe before but when I use to order heaps of car parts from japan I got lucky to dodge quite a bit. I get tagged with custom ordering from the usa more tho for small items but that's a hit or miss with usps but ups just rapes us canadian with ridiculous custom fees

Never got a TN. Have bought from HMV several times and although their packaging leaves something to be desired, never had a problem...................KNOCK ON WOOD.

I don't know Where post that but Thor has a steelbook in FNAC in France whith 3D blu Ray, 2D blu Ray and DVD. The same HMV and Muller in germany !

This may sound stupid, but I get charged 3 different times by HMV, once for the movie and shipping, then 2 lower prices. Is that the customs? And I do not mind the way they pack the steel, I have never gotten a damaged one.

Seems like France has this steelbook too, FNAC has released it today in a combo 3D + 2D with the same cover art !

I never get charged custom fees from HMV. They may be international transaction fees on your credit card.

Yes. Once they receive it back, they will refund you the return shipping cost. Join the club Ralfers. I got one damaged from them too. I just sold it off to someone instead of dealing with the headache of returning it back. Good luck!
