Need to find this one. Where would you guys recommend looking and what is a reasonable price? Sorry if this goes against guidelines of the forum.

Or you can try the trade forums here. I got mine brand new sealed for £50+ a couple months ago. A european release but it has the same artwork + you are guaranteed a to get a great packaging from members here.

you might get lucky on ebay. that's about it

That's what I thought. Thanks

you could check the collectible section of the regular thor releases on amazon from time to time..
got some neat bargains this way (not only thor)

Enjoy that spine slash lol

not really a spine slash though is it, a spine slash is damage to the steelbook, this just has a tiny tear in the wrap and no damage to the paint so its £90 easily as ive been trying to get a sealed one for ages so i do think £60 is a bargain and im well happy to pay that and more for it, it didnt get near my maximum bid.

No but you get an award for believing that paying over £ 60 each for a couple of blu-rays in a metal box is a bargain lol.
I paid £ 28 for a sealed Thor last year on ebay and grumbled to myself about that but the rest of the set I picked up at retail price when they came out on Play & HMV , like a lot of other people in here I imagine.

Yes i do think a couple of blu rays in a box for £60 is a bargain, im glad it amuses you, plenty on here would snap it up at the same price so i really dont think its that funny.;)

Bought this last week on Ebay unsealed for £45. Described as excellent condition. It was delivered yesterday but had to pick it up from the post office today. It was sent in a plastic wallet, stuck between 2 bits of card and then wrapped in bubble wrap and in a Jiffy bag. It arrived unscathed thank god. Now I just need IRon Man 2 to complete Phase 1 :D

Yeah it wasn't a spine slash as I was the seller of the item to MENTAL MAGPIE. It had a tear on the spine that looked like a spine slash but I could see no visible damage to the spine and listed that information on selling.

I'm glad MM is happy with it and that it feels like a bargain. I certainly didn't loose money on it and I think MM saved about £40 on a standard eBay price. I saw one go for over £62 that wasn't sealed at all and didn't have the J card.

Of course people's opinions of a bargain differ but I don't see the need to judge someone over what they consider this to be. I'm happy it's gone to someone who appreciates it..

Personally I loathe the movie, thought it was awful but at the time I just collected one of every steel. (please don't take offence to my dislike towards Thor, that's just my opinion!!) EEK!

But the steelbook itself looks very sharp though.

Agreed but I buy steelbooks of films i like and to open and watch. Don't see the point of not opening or buying steelbooks of sh*t films just because they look nice. Each to their own though. Think a lot of people like bragging rights of having one that has gone up in value and OOP.
