the sequel steel isn't nice at all imo, and most are going to have no title but I think Wreck said one would have a title on it, I still wouldn't buy it tho

Maybe someone can help me with this.

I went through my steels today, held my Thor HMV (sealed) and saw a faint line going under the Marvel and just above the Thor title .

Saw a few listings on eBay that also had this. Was this present on all copies released?

You are referring to the thin, silver line that tapers off at "T" on the left and "R" on the right?

That is part of the artwork, a divider between the two lines of text.

Thor HMV

Oh yeah. Crazy prices. This Steelbook for me is the most expensive Steelbook I've ever purchased. I paid $225 on amazon. I opened it & it is TRULY MINT. Quite possibly the most beautiful Steelbook I own. The apple of my collection. This is the only 1of2 steels I've ever paid $200 for. This was almost a year ago when I bought it. Worth every penny to me. The only other steel I've paid as much as $200 for was Captain America Japan. Check this pic....

Excellent picture. I got into collecting steelbooks about a month ago and I think the most I've spent so far was about $70 for the Nightmare Before Christmas steelbook. Definitely not the cheapest hobby that's for sure haha.

LOL, i was shocked that you bought Drive HMV for $160 and then opened it and you spent $225 for Thor and opened that too EEK! you must have plenty of money thats all i can say. You would be better of buying open copies of these more expensive steels, you pay a premium for sealed copies so its a bit silly to then half its value nearly by opening it when you could of paid half the price for one already open. But then thats just my personal opinion you can do what you like with your steels.:naughty:

Mental!

I know, I know. Lol.:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: Rookie mistakes. I'm trying not to do that anymore...

No wonder I make sellers nervous. This one guy I buy from, he is the only one who guarantees the quality. I tell him straight, I open everything. So if i pay big bucks & open it and find a dent/scratch...I have a 100% return guarantee policy. It has happened. but not to many steelbook seller have that policy. This was one of my first 10 Steelbooks, it's one of the founding fathers of my collection.

how he can guarantee something if was impossible to see under - card ? nobody should guarantee what is under - card ( on sealed steels) and you shouldn't expect that as well IMO
