I must say I like this WWA a lot! It would be a HERESY to not gloss this beauty though, and If not even US BB won´t do it, then I think I´ve gotta learn it and custom gloss it myself!

There’s no continuity between Thor movie steel art and nor should there be - all very different movies. This is not a retrospective collection after all.

If anything, Instead of the crappy effort of Thor’s helmet on the rear of the WWA steel, in my opinion the below art should be on the rear to compliment the front.

^ As anyone can see there IS continuity in the artwork across the THOR steelbooks . . . and not just on the front with single image Thor.

The backs are almost as similar . . . three of them with an inanimate object pictured:-

I’ve said from the start that the hulk pic should be on the back though to match the front. Would of looked pretty good opened up.

Don’t care if the helmet matches the simplicity style of previous Thor back arts

Looks glossed to me. You can even see lots of fingerprints on the rear cover.

Described as "Gloss varnish" . . . which I take to mean something between a zero and a full gloss varnish.

Distinctive sheen where the light is reflecting off the steelbook is a give-away.

Upon finding some more photos, I think flloydo is right. Doesn't appear to be gloss.....

Steelbookpro (France) say that the FNAC edition will be the same as this but with no title and heads on the spine. This is the 'International' steelbook?
