Why's everyone cancelling?

From what I've been reading because it's too pricey...and I guess at This point in time we've been floated with this steel from few months now and I think some feel that if they buy another one it has to be really special to warrant the price.

i forgot to add the gift option with my order. normally you can add this option when you item is already on preorder.
but for some reason it is NOT possible with all the Marvel Release CA JP too!

It is to risky for me to buy a sold out item without gift packing from JP. Even if i get a total refund!!

For me the lack of a picture of what the final package actually looks like is a cause for concern - is there going to be a nice slip to differentiate this version from all the other identical Thor TDW steels?

I've been trying to cut down massively on my spending on steels and at £58 delivered, this feels like an expensive gamble

if your card has been declined Amazon will not cancel your order, you will receive a message to inform you and will allow you little bit of time to either make sure it goes through or change your method of payment, but they don't cancel right away your order.

Ultimately then that could work in my favour. Don't update payment details until I see actual pics...however it's a dangerous game as they might cancel the order before anyone has received it. Anyone know how long they give you to pay before they cancel the order?
My view is this can go 1 of 2 ways.
Either it's going to be an instant grail...or a total waste of time with no slip or anything really defining!!!

Mine has shipped too but the way they bundled it sucks though, should have been the steelbook case on top instead of the amaray one, hope the steelbook is sealed inside separately if one decides to separate them

Yes, the steelbook is sealed separately but there's no slip on the front - only a backing paper. The Movienex amaray basically serves as the slip for both. It's a real bare bones package - very poor.

Cancelled and... bullet dodged! I'm glad now I didn't manage to get the Movienex CA Winter Soldier!

If only they made a slip box 'using the amaray's artwork' to house both cases that would have been slick!

You'll probably be directed to go through the returns process and either refuse the shipment on arrival (in which case it'll eventually be sent back to them after a delay) or accept the shipment and return it yourself for a full refund.

Or maybe just accept it and put it up for trade/sale? There won't be many of these around, even though it is a disappointment. Some collectors will still want it for the rarity factor.

I think I will most likely keep it 'for the sake of completing my Japan Marvel Collection'... the only thing now is I need CA one too even though it will look as dull but call me crazy that's me
