We live in a pervert World! Honestly, every time I look at those BIN eBay prices it makes me want to throw up! How greedy people can be is just insane. There is no reasonable explanation why you want to resell an item that you bought for 60$ (including shipping) for 200$. This is so annoying. The German site has some listed for 299€-399€, at times I feel like sending the seller a nice message to ask if they are mentally deranged ;)

I think you have to ask the buyer and not the seller. Because if you for example follow an auction for a MISB John Rambo Amazon steelbook starting at 1 Euro it will most probably end at about 1000 Euro. Nobody is forced to pay the fixed prices the sellers are asking for. However, I think for a collector this edition may indeed be worth about 200 Euro. I followed an auction on the german site starting at 1 Euro and ending at 213 Euro....

Well, if it starts at 1€ and ends at 200€, so be it and indeed I would really like to know how the buyer can justify this. If someone has the money and wants to spend so much, congrats for being a materialist ;) further I wouldn't say that a collector should be measured in terms of the price he/she is willing to pay for a steel.
I think those BIN prices leave a wrong impression on the item's real value. However, this is only my opinion...

Of course not. That is not what I meant. I myself wouldn't spend so much for one steel only, but that is everyones personal decicision. However, I don't see the point in blaming the sellers.

best wishes,

Michael

200 to 250 normal prices for a Kimchi release such as Thor Or Frozen for the lenti (close to 225 to 250+)

1/4 slip depends many factors but 200 to 225 seems to be normal.

It's Kimchi exclusive of 2 of the most popular movies ''this'' year, if you are not ok with those prices on ebay, than those steels are not for you. The reality is, that the demand for these movies/steels allow sellers to ask for those prices and they are justified.

Than if you get a good deal somewhere, All the better :)

I remember when dropping $100 on a steel made me nervous. I now have bids on over 10 steels right now well over $100 each. I doubt I will win any though. I actually do get lucky sometimes though.

You should be used to seeing people drop $100+ on a steel based on most of your prices. ;)

Sorry for going off topic with price discussions.
