They really should make it live at a more resaoanble hour, the only reason I could see it having to be 00:00:01 GMT i.e tomorrow is that is the first date the studio will allow.

11pm BST is 10pm GMT. I don't think that's unreasonable.

As for the artwork, it looks temporary to me. We'll probably get a title free front cover like with Iron Man 3, The Lone Ranger, Planes etc.

Such a shame it's Zavvi again doing this one. Can't see it being even remotely as nice as the original HMV release.

Chances are, it'll be worldwide artwork. It's up to paramount then to give it awesome artwork like the first Thor.

Are Paramount still involved with this? Several sites are listing Disney as the sole distributer on this one now. Can't see Paramount mentioned anywhere for this film.

Yeah sorry. Mind slip. Disney will be designing it. It may have a paramount logo on the spine, just like iron man 3 but yeah Disney aka marvel will be doing it. At least it's not zavvi

The deal Paramount have done with Disney is that they would still be putting Paramount on the Blu-ray covers, but I don't know how long that is for. Time will tell.

If the artwork stays the same, I wouldn't mind having it matt. I don't think it'd look as bad as some. Especially with spot gloss on the lightning and maybe thor

From what i read paramount's deal ended with Iron Man 3, with Thor 2 being the first marvel film from Disney/Marvel.

Also Just finsihed watching Thor with the family so we can go and watch this tomorrow. So I'll definitely be pre-ordering this once it's up. 3D included looks like disney are finally listening.

I'm not expecting much of a 3D experience from Thor 2. For my taste, Disney & Paramount have the worst 3D. I'm a fan of depth as much as the next man, but every now and then I want to duck out the way and for my kids to grab at s--- that isn't there.
