Ordered mine yesterday from Amazon UK. Def trust their packing methods more than HMV at this point, plus their shipping to the US is pretty darn cheap.

Spoke to HMV today with regards to their crappy packaging and i was informed this will be sorted this week once theyve settle in their new birmingham site. Their packaging has apparently gone back to their cardboard box. If any of u do have faulty items...you guys just return it back to them via free post and they will refund or send via their normal cardboard box going forward.

I don't think they can get to their new warehouse soon enough seeing as they have quite a few exclusives in the pipeline.

I spoke to them yesterday in regards to not receiving my copy and they were very pleasant but not much use as i cannot do nothing for 14 days, but definitely worth speaking to them as they are a lot more helpful in regards to returns.

Just spoken to HMV. The lady knew what I was going to say straight away and I've been offered a replacement which will be sent in their cardboard box

Well, the French steelbook is 100 times nicer in person. The print quality of this new one is quite poor. I'm not usually bothered when a steelbook is matte, but this looks like when you try to print a small image blown up to too large a size. The image is quite low rez, and next to the glossy French one, it looks awful. I think I'll keep both versions of the blu ray though. The new one has a more natural image, but the colours have been changed a bit too much, and they don't look like the original movie any more.
