it's a wonder that the packaging didnt fall apart when it came into contact with air
I hear only official and legal releases are made in UK and USA 
The steelbook was legal.

I've noticed Amazon started slowing Prime delivery first week of November. Mine is scheduled for Monday delivery.
I got it yesterday and posted a picture of it a couple of pages back

I ordered some books at the beginning of this week for Xmas presents and apparently, they won't be here until the end of December.
They seem to be doing it for all deliveries, I assume because of Black Friday and Xmas.
