i remember a post by WRECK a few months back, stating that zavvi returned a certain amount of copies of the toy story's because of production errors as unsellable.
print-run is different for each of them now, maybe that's why a few copies are still in stock.

Missed this but I was not worried because 1 and 3 were on their way to me already. This morning Toy Story 1 arrived and its damaged!!! Now they are sold out and they are not going to be able to offer me a replacement..really Zavvi!! So frustrated right now....

So Zavvi has answer my claim for the damage in my Toy Story and they offer me 15% refund. Do you guys know if that is the most they are going to offer me or should I ask for a full refund? I'm in the US and I'm not sure they can offer me to return it as it would be more expensive that way.

No harm trying fella. If I received a damaged copy I'd certainly ask for one.

It happened to me before that they offered me a 10% refund but i told them this is not acceptable for a collector's item and they shall tell me how to return it for a replacement. They not replied to that but the next day i got a notification about a foc shipment. I guess they considered a return from out of uk as nonsense and took the cheaper way by just sending a free replacement. I hope you are lucky and they still have one available to replace it

I received a damaged steel too, they offered me 15% but I emailed them back saying how I'm going to cancel all my preorders with them and how a damaged steel is valueless to the collectors and ranting about their poor packaging and stuff, and demand a partial refund of 60%. And finally they did give me 60% back. However, it does depend on how bad the damage is though. Hope it helps.

Hmmm... I ordered this along with Toy Story 2 & 3 on Friday. All three were despatched Monday and Toy Story 2 & 3 arrived yesterday, but this one is still missing... I'm going to be so pissed off if this has gone missing, and I now have to scour ebay to pick up the first one.
