I think he was referring to the border being further away from the edge at the bottom than it is at the top.

Yep, it's today. 11/08/12
Picked up a copy today. Had to ask for it, wasn't placed on the shelfs.
The price in the System was 34,99€, the price on the Steel was 32,99€.

And...it's a beauty in flesh.
