I use the less expensive option...it usually take about 10 days to arrive from South Korea to USA. Also, it's packaged in a cardboard box as standard for either shipping option.

I'm still waiting to hear back from, it might be closing time over there right now.

We're surprised. Well, the confusion is a mistake
from our side. It's lottery event only for 1 winner.
We already posted about it in Site Announcement [20111231].


We changed the stock status to OoS so that no more
misunderstanding pre-order cannot come in. And we
will mail all pre-orderers to ask if they still keep
their pre-orders even though it's a lottery event
for 1 winner.

it was a simple misunderstanding....everyone thought they were giving a free Iron Man 2 steelbook with a pre-order. It was too good to be true :)

In this listing, we announced that we will give a gift "Iron Man 2 BD Steelbook".

It seems that there must be a serious misunderstanding regarding this gift event. The gift sample is only 1 EA in our stock. So, not every pre-orderers will get it. It's just for 1 pre-orderer (= 1 winner). We will draw lots for 1 winner and will give the gift to 1 winner only,

We changed the item status to out of stock temporarily. We will contact the current pre-orderers if they are clear with the event condition above.

Ok so some confusion on the release date I guess.... It says in the thread release date as February 27, 2012... but on K2DVD's websie it says ships within 1-2 days ... which is it ?
 
And the Germany exclusive 3D Steelbook will be relased on end of January 2012...
As this Korea Sb has the same Design as the 2D SBs i think the german one will look the same!
 
Disappointing that artwork for German and Korean are the same but like the fact it's the First Press Limited Edition.

A small thing I know but I like it.
 
Would love it if this was embossed/debossed and hope that's just a stock photo they have on their site. btw is this, along with the Taiwanese, the only versions with 2D and 3D? For $45 each, it's not that bad :D

I gree bigtime. Same thing with Captain America 3d/2d version is worth so much more to me than just the plain vanilla U.K. 2d version of Captain America. Same steelbook extra 3d bd bonus thrown in the package for free!!! Its a no brainer with these 3d releases. Worth much more to me than a single 2d version. I plan on going 3d next year anyway so its all good to me. :scat:

Just opened an account at k2dvd and ordered 3 of these and got a member discount of a whopping $3.78 :hilarious:
Hoping they're embossed!
 
If only this release came with the special features I would totally jump on it! If I read correctly, the german media markt exclusive comes with special features? Too bad im in the u.s and im no where near 30 posts for groupbuys fml. Blah!

If it is still the same Steelbook as released in germany (2D!) it will be embossed/debossed and really great looking :scat:
