Hey Xage-correct-I thought you were asking if there 'ever' was another instance where Futureshop released an 'empty' Steelbook. I added it because it was still empty, whether packaged with another or not. However, if you are making an exception because they were packaged together with another SB that did have a movie, that also makes sense.

But Twilight New Moon comes with a movie and they are packaged as one?

Transformers is separate and on its own.

P.S. The Harry Potter Shelf - is not a steelbook (if anyone would raise that)

chipvideo, how do you take pictures so good? do you put in on a glass? how about lighting, etc?

such pure black ground...how do you do it? :)

All pics are taken inside my theater. Everything is either dark black or deep red. I take my photos on top of my subwoofer. Its black and got a glass top. All the light around is absorbed into the black so no reflection back at ya. I am a noob when it comes to pic taking.

BTW last year when I got my first one I decided to keep on buying more and more of these. The reason why is because the first time I saw this in my own hands I knew it was gonna rise way over $100 really fast. Not only did it do that it is headed to the $200 IMO by the end of this year. Hyper inflation is a steelbook collectors dream come true!!! This belongs in every steelbook collection. It is one of THE nicest looking steels to ever come out. IMO Farewell My Concubine has a chance to look as good as this one.

Thanks for the pics Chip. They look great! :D

I regret passing on it when I saw a copy going for £30 on eBay a year or so ago. Been hunting for it ever since!

Chip, those pic are awesome!!! This steel is one of the nicest out there!!! :scat:

Biscuit, you know you want it... surrender and GO!!!!

And that was MY FIRST steelbook! When I've been in store for picking up TF2, I was like: "Wow, this looks nice... wonder if they have others..." Damn addiction... :hilarious:

I can't wrap my mind around the idea of buying an empty case of a crappy movie for a lot of cash

Lol! That was the problem I had too. I finally gave in and picked one up just because it is such a beautifully done steelbook, but when I think about the movie that goes inside it I start feeling a bit :ugh:
