Zavvi decided to get rid of my account and login.

Had to call them as i had a lot on pre-order of which they were still posting out .

Had no access or control over my account.. I called to talk to them it was a technical error and my account would be up and running in 24hrs ..

Had a call from my bank to ask about several transaction all from zavvi had to explain the situation with them.
Finally got access to my account again , pre-orders inc indiana all intact .

What a mess...

you've been lucky... I tried phoning but got a message to see the website. My preorder for this, Rocketeer, and the three Indiana Jones... GONE. Very upset.

Perhaps Royal Mail need a little longer to stamp on the package or throw it around the depot a bit!

mine too, first off this was'nt supposed to be released until 23rd so i mailed them and made it pretty cleard if i dont get my order back it's the last time i will buy anything from them and i hope more people do the same thing against zavvi when they doing things like this

One of them is mine. Zavvi won't honour my order even though there's nothing wrong with it. Any idea of time so I can re order my order.

Zavvi just cancelled my preorder for this just now too, along with Dick Tracy and Wicker Man. Dick Tracy and Wicker Man are still available though, so I have no idea what they're doing.

Mine was cancelled this morning after my credit card bounced since my old card was cancelled. Not happy but nothing I can do, might just pick one up from eBay now or just wait a bit and hope for a restock.

Group buys are great and all. But you have to pay much more then if you ordered it from Zavvi it self.

$27 USD for us buying from Zavvi and shipped versus $40+ USD from a GB. Now you can understand why a lot of us are really upset that our orders got cancelled.

Zavvi do ship worldwide. I know a lot of people's orders just got cancelled so it was a good thing there is a GB for those that want to it.
