I would be inclined to agree with you but are you sure it's not just some glue as it doesn't appear later and doesn't show on the inside either.

Just re-checked on the 720p version and the "blemish" (dent or otherwise) is a lot clearer, however nothing shows through on inside view when he moves discs, mind if DK06CTR has same dent in same place more inclined to agree. Probably caused by glue and tight packing, so only a proportion of allocation get affected. Typically difficult to prove.

damn, that doesn't look like a small dent, hope mine arrives in mint condition. first thing im going to look for is that dent.
