I was close to ordering once from BOL.com but heard some horror stories from DB .... so I didnt.

And you can be lucky you did not.. i ordered like 15 metalpaks ALL of them came damaged...i did make a complaint and they sent them the second time better wrapped...

They just dont appreciate us :ohno::ohno:

Take care
John

Is the title embossed on that one?

YES.

The steelbook is the same in all countries, all the difference is in paper on back.

except Canada, where it is different by size (G1)

recieved my order from bol.com today unfortunately there was dent and case spine was little loose. i already sent a email to them.

I was wondering, do you guys complain to Amazon, hmv or wherever you order if there is a dent, small dent or small scratch or hair line scratch from your SB ordered?

Hey jonduma. I definitely complain and always include a note when I return the item saying that if the replacement isn't in perfect condition they can expect it back straight away too! I even do that with torn shrinkwrap within reason.

HDN caters primarily for sufferers of OCD so you are in good company when it comes to wanting perfection :D

lol thanks felt guilty after sending the mail actually but not i'm OK! :D

Ha, you should never feel guilty to ask for an item in perfect condition. As long as you're not rude with your response you are more than likely to get a replacement in top condition.

If you are rude you never know what might turn up! :ohno:;)

Also, if you are going to use a certain company alot then where's the harm in letting them know about your 'needs' and dropping them a polite email to explain. That way they might be able to put a note on your account for any future orders. No company wants to send out damaged goods (generally) and with customer service supposedly at the top of every company's agenda they would be silly not to listen to your request. Just a thought....
