There is nothing wrong ordering two copies as I have had my fingers burnt by only ordering one copy before and that copy turned out to be damaged in the mean time it was sold out so I missed out and had to get it on ebay for twice the price. It makes sense to me as we are dealing with Zavvi who are not the best when it comes to quality control.

Thin boxes most of the time although occasionally they can use a Jiffy bag.

Mostly Small boxes with a thin piece of foam for protection. Every once in a while they may send out a cardboard mailer

Being a Lionsgate release, I'd imagine it's locked.

I wouldn't worry too much. Damages from Zavvi packaging are rare. I've received around 100 from them in the thin boxes and not a single one has been damaged.
