I finally got around to watching this film. Now I wish I had pre-ordered this steelbook. So good!! It was so creepy, but really held my interest.

Them :boobies: :flash:, that :ass:, the whole thing. Only problem is there's probably more dude junk on display than her assets. But she is nude plenty. But that's just part of the appeal of the movie.

It's a decent enough film, but there have been many better films released this year that aren't getting any credit whatsoever (see feedback forum). The hype for this title is grossly misplaced I fancy.

I understand what you're saying, but I actually find her body very attractive. I don't necessarily like girls so thin that I feel I'm going to cut myself on their sharp edges. She's built pretty much like Marilyn Monroe. Maybe not quite as big. She doesn't pretend to be model thin, and I think she's just fine.

Are you serious? I mean ... are you watching the movie because of naked Scarlett? And thereby being disappointed that she doesn't match your fantasies? In fact, "disappointing" is the last term I would use in this whole context ... from my side - for her playing this kind of role, I can only give my kudos to her.

While i'm not going to lie and say that aspect of the film has NO influence for my decision to see it. To answer your question... No I watched the film for its artistic merit first. However given that I thought it was complete dogshit as a movie.. her "expose" was really the only positive thing I could take out of the experience. And since someone else had bought up the subject of her looks I thought I would chime in with my 2 cents on the topic.

If you want my reasons why I thought the film was bad.. I think I posted it a couple of pages back - as i saw the film about a month ago.

I won't say the nude scenes weren't appealing, but I've said it once and I'll say it again, nudity has no impact on the quality of a film.

Nudity in a film is irrelevant to me if the films bad.

In this case it's a stunning film, and good on Scarlett for being brave enough to take on the role.

Though it's a blind buy for me and I haven't watched the movie yet - I'm really looking forward to watch it, especially after all this hype.

@ cardman: I'm curious - maybe the movie really turns out to be dogshit (imo).

I can't imagine anyone is truly buying this at £25 for some scene that can easily be seen on google.

Despite its marmite nature, there seem to be enough fans who genuinely want this as part of their collection.
Anyone who is just curious and is blind buying, hopefully are open minded enough to watch a film that I found to be refreshing break from the average hollywood dirge.

Hoping this steel is dispatched this week! Fingers crossed!
I'm dying to see this in hand. With the gloss finish announced and the $45 price tag. My expectations are extremely high. This will have to arrive a gem and they better really have made the effort with this one.

I'm really worried however with the recent shipping packaging changes I am hearing about on the Zavvi retailer thread. I will expect this in MINT and will not hesitate to return if it is delivered damaged or dinged up condition.
If it was one of the steels I have gotten under $20, I would be more lenient, but not when we are talking $50.
