I bought TDK japan sealed/mint for 50€ one week ago from a fellow ninja. It was a bargain and I believe a realistic value is 80-100€.
Also there was an auction on ebay for Inglourious basterds FS sealed mint with all stickers and tags and it went for 180€-190€.

Really? Has it come down recently, or am I thinking of something else?
Not recently, it's gone down gradually from it's dizzy heights of around £120 to around and less than £40. No demand/interest really...Old school release, new collectors aren't interested...That's my option

Nah, that's cool to know. I think I've only ever seen them sell for those top end prices, but I know it wasn't recently and didn't know they'd dropped. Shame, because like you say, it's one of the old school and they're generally far nicer than most of the new stuff.

I've seen them up for sale at anywhere between £45-65 + P&P lately.I posted a question a few pages back about

Hey all, I could really use some assistance here from anyone that may own the Hong Kong (Chinese?) release of Final Fantasy Advent Children.
I'm in the midst of a trade with a friend. He allowed me to "borrow" it and take some pics while I think about it.
If I knew that this was absolutely worth what I think it is, then I would not hesitate as he wants just a couple steelbooks I have in trade.
But, there are a couple of issues, which is why I wanted to get some pics of it first and get advice from someone else with it.
First of all, it looks like it has scratches, but it could also be the plastic. I really cannot tell and, normally, I would flex the plastic around a bit, but this is literally the tightest plastic seal I have come across. I'm afraid I will split the plastic if I try to pull on it!
So, the first question for those that may own this, is it prone to getting little wrinkles or scratches on the plastic that make it look the case itself is scratched or was it actually sealed with scratches?

My second question; there is a small indentation on the lower back corner in an area that I have sometimes seen steelbooks have one where the bend happens. Is this common to this release or is this actually a dent I would need to identify to a potential buyer or trader if I follow through with this?

The last question, is even if these were - worst case scenario - real scratches and a dent and not normal wear, what would you say this is worth $ wise?

dv8mad, while I can't answer either of your questions as I don't have it, I've managed to find copies of this being sold elsewhere, one seller is trying to sell a new copy for $250.00, another is trying to get $749.95 for an open copy (that one is clearly crazy).
Just in case you were not already aware, it's a Stickerbook Steelbook.
In the first seller's pictures there looks to be either a scratch or imperfection in the shrinkwrap over Sephiroth's head, so it's possible that the ones in your pictures are just shrinkwrap too, but can't say for sure.

One is Thai and the other is Korean. Any knowledge of this one? I'm not turning up much of anything for this version...
And yeah, I know it's a stickerbook. Looks nice IMO though.

Well, only the one response about related items, but not this one itself... but I have decided to go for it anyway as it seems to be a nice rarity. Off to meet my buddy in an hour!

Its price has been steadily rising in the past few months. The latest one sold for $142.50 on eBay
But I'd say a fair price would be half that.
