ye, but he did say that could just be him and it may well be sealed, even so £45 even for an open one is a good price, even better for a ...sealed one lol gonna wait for it to arrive and see for my self

Kinda like ROTF ~ Empty case ??
I was told that Futureshop some times reseal returned items & this was a "reseal" ?
any comments guys ?
This maybe why the one I am getting looks re sealed, hope it has the discs lol, well to be honest I won't be opening it, he has just sent me a message on ebay saying he has found a extremely small pin size paint dot, on the steel so he is refunding me another £10 so its down to £35 now ow and If i don't like it I can send it back

unfortunately man that person was 100% lying.
Future Shop will never
a) return an open movie (unless it is defective and it would be exchange only, not return) and
b) in the circumstance that they did, never resell it
It is against all copyright laws that the store follows

Make sure it has cards with it. If you're lucky previous owner might have the Exclusive to JB HiFi banner if kept in polybag. Personally think a touch high for open copy.
