Not a single recorded sale to even make a judgement on its value. Just my personal opinion, but I think it will be a tougher sell as all the steels are the same in the package. Unlike the blufans star trek tri pack that included 3 different steelbook versions. I may well be wrong but time will tell

New Moon – Canada - Open

These are sell as a set around 20$ in store. I think New Moon comes with the bu-ray disc and Twilight is an empty steelbook.

Based on recent US sales it has sold for as much as $160s on buy it now listings and as low as $90 on bids. I would say $120 - $130 would be fair considering BIN listings carry a larger fee once sold.

It's so hard to put a price on something many people consider "The Holy Grail of G2 steelbooks". I've seen this being sold for $1,100 on Evilbay a couple years ago that was Sealed and Mint. So considering that your copy is open and has a significant scratch, it could be valued at $500, but that is just my opinion. Like I said, the Holy Grail is valued differently to each individual.

I don't consider open with a scratch to be mint so wouldn't go over $300 for it.

But others may think differently
