Predators is one of those play.com Steels that should have kept on climbing in price but it just didn't, unlike say Star Trek.
I've seen it on loads of wishlists in here, plus I believe a copy sold for $150+ not that long ago on eBay. I have an extra one so I thought to myself "heh, might get a fair trade for it." Not going to happen apparently 
Predators is a bit different from ST. No inside artwork with ratings and printed back etc, where ST better artwork outside and inside. I think thats the main difference. I don't think there is a steel with no inside artwork that has risen high in price?

Open mint, probably £100+, brand new mint sealed I'd say it's only going to go up, £175+

You never knew that? lol. I did have a copy and removed the logs off the front thats how I know
Can I throw one in the mix ? What if it's a mint sealed floater ? Steels I can do but IP's have a different locking mechanism around the edge of the disc. Didn't know was floater when I bought it but at either price I got a deal.
Interesting question... Not too sure tbh, somewhere in between perhaps? Maybe it comes down to individual preference, some people may prefer a floater to an opened mint copy.
What did you buy, the Gladiator steel case or ID4 error?
