Variant cover art for BATMAN BEGINS?

I just got back from a shopping trip in the U.S. and I visited a bunch of stores. All of them had Batman Begins in an amaray case with its usual cover art, however, while at Walmart, I found one Batman Begins with completely different cover art than the other 18 on the shelf. This is the cover image:

Is this item rare? I ask because I can't find any photos of it online and there's zero information on any Blu-ray related Web site that I visit. I personally like this cover art a lot and I think it's cool that this is kind of a variant cover, something that most comic companies take part in.

i also saw that at Wal-mart a while back but never thought much of it. the only difference i see besides the cover is that this one includes UV copy.

That's an awesome cover. The Walmart I went to never had that cover art for TDK, just the regular cover art. I'm thinking these are going to become harder to find as time goes by.
